Shops at Caguas has an electronic surveillance system, with more than 20 security cameras, located inside and outside the shopping center. Elite Investigations offers security services to the shopping center. We have security personnel patrolling our facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our security officers have been trained to handle emergencies and any situation that may arise with our visitors.CODE OF CONDUCTWelcome to Shops at Caguas! This Code of Conduct has been established for the purpose of protecting the property, interests and commercial activities of Shops at Caguas and to make your shopping experience pleasant. Both the shopping center and its parking lot are private property. To ensure that the shopping environment is pleasant, safe and welcoming, the following activities are prohibited:The use of obscene language and gestures, racial, ethnic, sexual, religious or political insults is prohibited.Disorderly conduct or conduct that harms and endangers others is prohibited.Vandalizing, damaging or destroying any part of the shopping center is prohibited.Depositing garbage in any part of the shopping center other than in the containers designated for that purpose is prohibited.Running, skating, riding a skateboard or bicycle, as well as any other action that interferes with the free flow of pedestrians, obstructs shop windows and other business installations, is prohibited.Shouting, singing, using loudspeakers, or musical instruments that disturb the peace of customers is prohibited.The possession and carrying of a weapon (it is still being carried legally) is prohibited with the exception of municipal and/or state police.Smoking inside the shopping center, its corridors and service areas is prohibited.Illegal possession of alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances is prohibited.Legal consumption of alcoholic beverages can only be authorized in the area specifically designated for consumption.All visitors are required to leave the interior areas of the mall when the property ceases operations each night.Gathering in groups without any purpose related to the shopping center is prohibited.Asking for money or donations, in addition to distributing advertising or samples of promotional material, as well as practicing any type of activity, with or without commercial purposes, without the prior authorization of the Shops at Caguas administration, is prohibited.Only animals trained to assist people with physical disabilities are allowed.Taking portraits or filming requires prior authorization from Shops at Caguas management.Sitting on pots, handrails, tables, stairs, elevators, trash cans or on the floor is prohibited.Any truancy policies of colleges and/or schools are strictly respected and supported.Engaging in any act that is defined by Federal and/or State Laws as unlawful, illegal or criminal offense is prohibited.Your entry to Shops at Caguas constitutes your consent to be governed by the rules mentioned above and that make up the Code of Conduct. Violation of any of these rules may result in your expulsion from the property and any other legal action that Mall Management deems appropriate. Any questions related to these rules should be directed to the Shops at Caguas Administration Office.
